We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected (such as name, email, phone number) will only be used for communication and service purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
2. Booking & Payment Policy
- A signed contract and a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date.
- The 70% remaining balance is due by the session date.
- Session dates are not held without a completed booking.
- Payment through tikkie request or manual bank transfer.
- All prices are including 21% tax.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within less than 24 hours before the session will result in the loss of the deposit.
- The photographer reserves the right to reschedule in the event of illness, emergency, or unsafe conditions.
- One reschedule is allowed with advance notice due to illness or weather (for outdoor sessions).
4. Refund Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your date and time.
- Refunds are not available for completed sessions.
- If an issue arises with the images, I will do my best to provide a resolution (such as re-editing).
5. Session Details
- Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Additional time may not be guaranteed for late arrivals when another session is scheduled right after.
- The photographer will provide styling guidance and suggestions but is not responsible for client wardrobe choices.
- For newborn sessions, safety always comes first. Sessions are baby-led and flexible.
- Transportation cost will be added on top of the package for outdoor sessions (0.50cents/km).
6. Photo Usage & Copyright Policy
- As the photographer, I retain the copyright to all images.
- Clients receive personal usage rights and may share and print their photos for non-commercial use.
- Commercial use or modifications of images require written permission.
- I reserve the right to use selected images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes (unless a client requests otherwise in writing).
7. Delivery & Turnaround Time
- Photo selection previews will be delivered within 7 days (applicable to lifestyle sessions only).
- Final edited images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.
- Photos will be provided in high-resolution JPEGs via a private online gallery.
- RAW (unedited) files are not included nor available for release.
8. Liability & Force Majeure
- I take every precaution to ensure a smooth session and secure storage of your images. However, in the rare case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, illness, natural disaster), my liability is limited to a full refund or a rescheduled session.
- Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and safety during the session.
- The photographer is not liable for injury, loss, or damage sustained during the session.
9. Creative Rights
- Clients trust the photographer’s artistic vision and editing style.
- Requests for extensive retouching, such as body alterations or change of clothes, may not be applicable as our style aims to keep the honesty and naturality of each photo..
- The photographer retains the right to select and edit the final images delivered.
